Control output: There are no physical output terminals. The temperature control results are transmitted to the CPU through the internal bus of the Q series PLC. The CPU then drives the actuators (such as heaters and cooling valves) in conjunction with the digital/analog output modules.
Insulation performance: The transformer insulation between the input terminal and the PLC power supply, with an insulation withstand voltage of AC500V for 1 minute and an insulation resistance of DC500V above 20MΩ

Function
Multi-sensor compatibility: A single module supports 8-channel thermocouple/thermal resistance input. According to the on-site sensor type (such as S-type thermocouple for high temperature and Pt100 thermal resistance for low temperature), the single-channel type can be flexibly configured without the need to replace the module, reducing the selection cost.
High-precision and high-speed sampling: With a measurement accuracy of ±0.3% (full scale) and a sampling cycle of 200ms/8 channels, it can not only accurately capture subtle temperature changes (such as temperature fluctuations in chemical reaction vessels), but also quickly respond to temperature anomalies, avoiding over-temperature or under-temperature.
Flexible temperature control linkage: Through seamless communication with the CPU via the internal bus of the Q series PLC, it can be combined with the PLC main program to achieve complex temperature control logic (such as multi-channel temperature difference control, stepped temperature rise curve), and linkage with external output modules (such as analog module control of solid-state relays), adapting to a variety of actuators.
Fault diagnosis and protection: It is equipped with sensor open circuit and short circuit detection functions. In case of abnormality, an alarm can be triggered through the PLC program (such as indicator lights and buzzers). It is equipped with built-in overvoltage and overcurrent protection to reduce damage to the module caused by external circuit faults and enhance system stability.
Application scenarios
Multi-station heating equipment: such as the 8 heating sections of plastic molding machines and the multi-temperature zone monitoring of metal heat treatment furnaces, simultaneously collecting the temperatures of each area, and achieving precise temperature control in sections through PLC linkage heaters to ensure the consistency of product processing.
Chemical and pharmaceutical reaction processes: In chemical reaction vessels and drug fermentation tanks, the temperatures at different positions inside the vessels (such as top, middle, and bottom) are simultaneously monitored to prevent local temperature deviations from affecting reaction efficiency or drug quality, and constant temperature control is achieved in conjunction with a cooling system.
Food processing production lines: such as multi-zone temperature monitoring for baking ovens and sterilization tunnels, collecting temperature data from different workstations to ensure uniform heating of food and compliance with safety standards, while recording temperature curves for quality traceability.
Large-scale environmental test equipment: such as high and low temperature test chambers, constant temperature and humidity chambers, monitor the temperature of multiple test points inside the chamber, and in combination with refrigeration/heating systems, achieve rapid temperature regulation to meet the precise temperature control requirements of product reliability testing.
