Product parameters

Temperature input: 4-channel thermocouple input

Accuracy: At an ambient temperature of 25±5℃, the indication accuracy is ±0.3% of the full scale. When the ambient temperature is between 0 and 55℃, it is ±0.7% of the full scale. When the cold end compensation accuracy is within the range of 0 to 55℃, for temperatures above -100 ℃, the error is ±1.0℃. When the temperature ranges from -150 to -100 ℃, the error is ±2.0℃. When the temperature ranges from -200 to -150 ℃, the error is ±3.0℃.

Sampling period: 500ms/4 channels.

Control output cycle: 1-100 seconds.

Output Transistor output, the output signal is ON/OFF pulse, the fixed load voltage is DC10-30V, the maximum load current is 0.1A/1 point, 0.4A/1 common terminal, the maximum inrush current is 0.4A, 10ms, the leakage current when OFF is less than 0.1mA When ON, the maximum voltage drop is 0.1A for DC1.0V (typical value) and 0.1A for DC2.5V (maximum value). The response times from OFF to ON and from ON to OFF are both below 2ms.

Insulation: The input terminals and the power supply of the sequencer, as well as the input channels, are insulated by transformers. The insulation withstand voltage is AC500V for 1 minute, and the insulation resistance is DC500V over 20MΩ.

Other: The external wiring connection method is an 18-point screw terminal block (M3 screw), with 16 input and output points occupied. The internal consumption current of DC5V is 0.29A

Function

Temperature measurement and control: Supports 4-channel thermocouple input, enabling precise temperature measurement. It achieves closed-loop temperature control through an integrated PID control algorithm, ensuring the stability and reliability of temperature control.

Cold end compensation: It has a cold end compensation function, which can improve the accuracy of temperature measurement.

Adjustable control parameters: Supports flexible PID control, with adjustable control parameters. It can set appropriate proportional, integral, and differential parameters according to different application scenarios and control requirements to achieve the best temperature control effect.

Flexible input and output configuration: The output is transistor output and adopts on/off pulse control mode, which can effectively control heating or cooling equipment. It can be directly installed on the Q series substrate and communicate with the CPU module at high speed through the internal bus, facilitating the PLC main program to read the temperature data and set the control parameters.

Fault diagnosis: Equipped with comprehensive diagnostic tools and monitoring capabilities, it can conduct real-time data recording and error reporting, facilitating users to quickly identify and solve potential problems and ensuring the normal operation of the system.

Application scenarios

Industrial heating equipment: such as heating furnaces, melting furnaces, etc., are used to precisely control the temperature inside the furnace to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Constant temperature equipment: such as constant temperature boxes, incubators, etc., provide a stable temperature environment for experiments and production.

Chemical reaction vessel: In chemical production, precisely controlling the temperature inside the reaction vessel ensures the smooth progress of chemical reactions and the quality of products.
