Rich communication and expansion: Connect HMI, SCADA system or MES via Ethernet, and support CC-Link IE Field industrial Ethernet protocol for distributed control; Expandable special modules such as analog quantity, temperature, and weighing can meet diverse signal acquisition and control requirements.
High reliability design: Equipped with self-diagnostic functions such as hardware watchdog, power monitoring, and program verification, it supports online modification of programs and hot plugging of modules (for some modules), reducing downtime for maintenance.
Programming convenience: With the GX Works3 programming software, it supports languages such as ladder diagram, SCL, and ST (Structured Text), and has a built-in dedicated instruction library for motion control, simplifying multi-axis linkage programming.
Application scenarios
Small multi-axis equipment: such as 4-axis dispensing machines, small assembly robots, and laser engraving machines, achieve high-precision positioning and trajectory control (linear/circular interpolation).
Medium-scale production lines: Control assembly lines with 10 to 20 workstations (such as electronic component assembly lines), taking into account both logical control (equipment interlocking, safety interlocking) and local motion control (such as positioning of handling manipulators).
