Product parameters

CPU type: Q series high-end general-purpose CPU, supporting large-scale control and multi-bus communication.

Program capacity: 120k steps (standard), maximum expandable to 240k steps; The data storage memory is 64k words, meeting the storage requirements of complex programs and massive data.

Processing speed: Basic instructions start at 0.029μs per step, application instructions start at 0.08μs per step, and high-speed computing capabilities support parallel processing of multiple tasks.

I/O expansion capability: Through Q series substrate expansion, it supports up to 8192 digital I/O points and 1024 analog I/O channels, and is compatible with all series of Q modules (digital, analog, and special function modules such as temperature control, high-speed counting, positioning modules, etc.).

Communication capability

It has 2 built-in Ethernet ports (supporting TCP/IP, MC protocol, CC-Link IE Field Basic, and supporting network redundancy);

Support the expansion of fieldbus modules such as CC-Link, Profibus-DP, and DeviceNet to achieve interconnection of multi-protocol devices.

Special features: Supports multitasking (up to 8 tasks), data log recording, remote maintenance function, and has built-in rich diagnostic and alarm mechanisms.

Function

Large-scale complex control: With high program capacity and high-speed processing capabilities, it can run control programs containing thousands of logic points, multi-loop PID regulation, and complex interlocking logic, making it suitable for medium and large-scale production lines.

Multi-protocol communication integration: Dual Ethernet ports support data interaction between the device layer (such as HMI, servo driver) and the management layer (such as SCADA, MES), and are compatible with mainstream industrial buses, achieving seamless connection between different types of devices.

High reliability and maintainability: Supports hot-swapping of modules (for some modules), online program modification and self-diagnosis of faults, combined with redundant network design, to minimize downtime to the greatest extent.

Flexible task management: The multi-task processing function can split the control logic by priority (such as high-speed logic, process control, communication tasks), ensuring that critical tasks are executed first and improving the system response efficiency.

Data integration and traceability: Supports real-time data log recording (such as production parameters, fault information), which can be uploaded to the upper-level system via Ethernet to meet the data traceability requirements of smart factories.

Application scenarios

Medium and large-scale production lines: such as automotive welding lines and semiconductor packaging and testing lines, control the collaborative operation of dozens of devices (robots, conveying systems, inspection instruments), and handle complex logical interlocking and data interaction.

Process industry control: In chemical, metallurgical and energy plants, hundreds of process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rate) are monitored and regulated to achieve multi-section linkage control and process optimization.

Distributed intelligent factory: As the core controller at the workshop level, it connects multiple remote I/O stations and intelligent devices (such as intelligent sensors, frequency converters) through CC-Link IE Field to achieve decentralized control and centralized management.

High-end equipment control: Integrated into large CNC machine tools and printing equipment, it undertakes high-precision logic control, multi-axis coordination (in coordination with positioning modules), and production data collection tasks.
