Function

High-power dual power supply: The output current of DC 5V reaches 6A, and that of DC 24V is 1.5A. The total output power is significantly increased, which can drive more expansion modules and meet the power requirements of medium and large-sized PLC systems.

Wide grid compatibility: AC 100-240V wide input design, compatible with grid standards in different regions around the world. No additional transformer is required. It can be directly connected to the municipal power or dedicated power supply lines of industrial sites, with strong adaptability.

Dual overload/overvoltage protection: Independent overcurrent and overvoltage protection mechanisms are set for the DC 5V and DC 24V output circuits respectively. When overloaded or overvoltage occurs, the output is automatically cut off to prevent damage to the power module and the core components of the back-end PLC, thereby enhancing system reliability.

Status visualization diagnosis: Equipped with 2 LED status indicator lights, the green light remains constantly on when power is supplied normally, and the indicator light goes off when a fault occurs. Staff can quickly determine the power supply status and simplify the troubleshooting process.

Stable installation and compatibility: Strictly match the slot size of the Q series standard base unit, install firmly, and resist slight vibrations in industrial sites; Compatible with all CPU modules of the Q series and all I/O and special function modules, it has strong versatility.

Application scenarios

Medium and large-sized PLC control systems: Compatible with medium and large-sized systems composed of Q series medium and high-end cpus and multiple expansion modules, such as centralized control systems for automotive assembly lines and mechanical processing production lines, providing sufficient power for the coordinated operation of multiple modules.

High-power special function module scenario: When high-power special function modules are connected to the system, these modules have relatively high power consumption. The high power output of Q63P can ensure their stable operation and prevent functional abnormalities caused by insufficient power supply.

Industrial equipment cluster control: A cluster control system used for the interconnection of multiple devices, providing unified and stable power supply for centralized PLC systems and decentralized I/O nodes, ensuring the synchronization of equipment interconnection.

Continuous production industrial scenarios: PLC control systems suitable for continuous production industries such as chemical engineering, building materials, food and beverage, etc. Their high stability, overload protection and ability to withstand instantaneous power outages can prevent production interruptions caused by power supply failures and reduce economic losses.

Industrial automation transformation and upgrading: When upgrading the existing Q series PLC system in a factory, Q63P can directly replace low-power power modules (such as Q62P) without modifying the base or wiring, quickly enhancing the system's power supply capacity.
