Input specification: The input voltage is AC 100-240V, compatible with power grid standards in different regions. The input frequency is 50/60Hz, with a frequency fluctuation of ±5% allowed. The input voltage distortion rate needs to be controlled within 5%
Output specification: Dual DC output channels, including a DC 5V output current of 3A and a DC 24V output current of 0.6A. The output voltage error of DC 24V is ±10%, and the overvoltage protection range of DC 5V is 5.5-6.5V

Insulation and protection: The voltage resistance between the input and output sides reaches AC 2300V (can last for 1 minute at an altitude of 0-2000m). The insulation resistance between the input and ground, as well as between the output and ground, should be measured with a 500V DC insulation resistance meter. The insulation resistance should not be less than 10MΩ
Function
Wide-range adaptable power supply: The wide-range AC input design can be compatible with the grid voltages of most regions around the world. There is no need to configure additional transformers, and it can be directly connected to the power supply lines of different industrial sites, with strong adaptability.
Dual overload protection: Overcurrent protection is set for the two output channels of DC 5V and DC 24V respectively. When the output current exceeds the threshold, the protection mechanism is automatically triggered to prevent overload damage to the module and the back-end PLC components.
Status visualization feedback: Equipped with LED indicator lights, the green light remains constantly on during normal power supply. When the module malfunctions or the power supply is abnormal, the indicator light goes out. Staff can quickly determine the operating status of the power module, facilitating initial troubleshooting.
Stable and compatible base: Strictly matched with the installation slots of the specific base units of the Q series, it features high connection stability after installation, capable of withstanding slight vibrations in industrial sites and ensuring the continuous connection of the power supply link.
Application scenarios
Small and medium-sized PLC control system It is compatible with medium and small-sized systems composed of Q series medium-sized CPU modules and a few expansion modules, such as control systems that are equipped with CPU modules like Q03UDCPU and 3-5 digital and analog expansion modules, to power PLC systems in scenarios such as electronic assembly lines and food processing lines.
General industrial equipment control: It can be used for PLC control systems of single machines such as injection molding machines, packaging machines, and small printing machines, providing stable power supply for the action control module and sensor signal acquisition module of the equipment, ensuring precise and coordinated action of the equipment.
Light-load industrial scenarios: It is suitable for light-load control scenarios with low 24V power supply requirements, such as conveyor lines in small warehouses and small-scale automated test devices in laboratories. In these scenarios, high-power actuators are not needed, and the output power of the module can fully meet the control requirements.
Multi-module collaboration scenario: In the multi-device linkage control scenario implemented by PLC, such as the material conveying and workstation switching linkage systems in small production lines, a stable power supply is uniformly provided for the scattered control modules and detection modules in the system to ensure the synchronization of signal transmission and action execution among the modules.
