Function

Basic dual power supply: DC 5V supplies power to the core components of the PLC, and DC 24V supplies power to small I/O modules, sensors and other peripheral devices. The output power matches the requirements of small systems, with outstanding cost performance.

Wide grid compatibility: AC 100-240V wide input design, no additional transformer required, can be directly connected to the power supply lines of industrial sites in most regions around the world, with strong adaptability.

Independent overload/overvoltage protection: The DC 5V and DC 24V output circuits are respectively equipped with protection mechanisms. When overloaded or overvoltage occurs, the output will be automatically cut off to prevent damage to the power module and the back-end PLC components, ensuring system safety.

Visual status diagnosis: Equipped with 2 LED indicator lights, the green light remains constantly on during normal power supply and turns off during faults, facilitating quick determination of power supply status and simplifying operation and maintenance.

Standard installation and compatibility: Perfectly compatible with Q series standard base units, firmly installed and resistant to vibration. Compatible with entry-level CPU modules of the Q series and a small number of light-load I/O modules, it has strong versatility.

Application scenarios

Small PLC control system: Compatible with small systems composed of Q series entry-level CPU+ 2-3 basic I/O modules, such as control scenarios of small machine tools and simple conveyor lines.

Light-load industrial equipment: It is used for the control of single-machine equipment with low power consumption, such as small packaging machines, laboratory automation devices, simple testing equipment, etc. The output power of the module can fully meet the power supply requirements of the core control components.

Entry-level automation project: Suitable for entry-level automation scenarios and small-scale equipment renovation projects, it ensures basic power supply at a high cost-performance ratio.

PLC teaching and experimental scenarios: Due to its moderate power, strong stability, and simple wiring, it is often used as the power supply for PLC teaching and experimental equipment in vocational colleges and training institutions, and is suitable for the coordinated operation of a small number of modules in teaching scenarios.

Auxiliary control loop: In large industrial systems, it can serve as the power supply for an independent auxiliary control loop, avoiding excessive power load on the main system and enhancing power supply reliability.
