Function
Ultimate processing performance: The basic instruction speed is 0.98ns, which is over 50% faster than that of mid-range cpus in the same series. The efficiency of complex instructions such as floating-point operations and string processing is outstanding. It can simultaneously handle large-scale logic control, data operations, and multi-device communication tasks without performance bottlenecks.
Ultra-large capacity storage: With a program capacity of 500K steps, it can meet the complex process logic of medium and large production lines (such as multi-process linkage and formula management). Equipped with 4MB standard RAM and 16MB expansion support, it can cache massive production data (such as historical trends and fault records) without the need for additional data modules.
Multi-protocol communication integration: Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports support link redundancy and load balancing, enhancing communication stability. Natively supports OPC UA and MQTT protocols, and can be directly connected to industrial Internet platforms (such as Mitsubishi iQ Cloud, third-party SCADA/MES systems) to achieve data migration to the cloud and remote monitoring. The RS-485 port is compatible with Modbus RTU, facilitating the connection of third-party devices such as frequency converters and sensors.
High reliability design: Built-in hardware watchdog, voltage monitoring, and self-diagnosis function for communication faults, which can automatically identify module abnormalities and trigger protection actions (such as maintaining output status and alarm output). It has an inbuilt file processing function that can directly read/write CSV and TXT files, enabling data traceability without programming. Supports high-speed counters and pulse output (with a module), suitable for high-speed signal acquisition and control scenarios.
Multi-cpu collaborative expansion The 64K-byte multi-CPU high-speed communication area can be combined with Q series motion control cpus (such as Q25PRHCPU) and process control cpus to form a multi-CPU system. The communication cycle is as low as 0.5ms, achieving deep collaboration among sequential control, motion control, and process control. Meet the integrated control requirements of complex equipment (such as multi-axis linkage machine tools and automated production lines).
