Function

High-speed logic processing: With a basic instruction processing speed of 1.9ns, it is over 30% faster than entry-level cpus of the same level. It can quickly execute complex logic sequences, shorten the system scanning cycle, and enhance the device's response sensitivity.

Flexible storage expansion: Equipped with 768K bytes of RAM as standard, it supports the expansion of SRAM cards to an ultra-large capacity, meeting the requirements of large-capacity data caching (such as production parameters, historical records). The SD card interface supports program backup and data log storage (in CSV format), enabling data traceability without the need for additional modules.

Rich communication compatibility: Built-in Ethernet port, natively supports Mitsubishi MC protocol and MELSOFT connection protocol, allowing direct communication with upper computers (PC), HMI (human-machine interface), other Q series PLCS or third-party intelligent devices; Supports FTP upload and download, facilitating remote maintenance and program updates.

Multi-cpu collaborative support: A 32K-byte high-speed communication area for multiple cpus is reserved, allowing for the formation of a multi-CPU system with other Q series CPU modules. The communication cycle is as low as 0.88ms, enabling the collaborative operation of sequential control, motion control, and process control.

Usability and reliability: Compatible with GX Works2/GX Works3 programming software, supporting multiple programming languages such as ladder diagram, Function Block (FBD), structured text (ST), etc. It is equipped with a built-in watchdog timer and self-diagnosis function for faults. Fault codes can be read through software, facilitating quick troubleshooting.

Application scenarios

Small and medium-sized automated production lines: production lines for automotive parts processing, electronic component assembly, food packaging, etc., used to control the sequential actions of equipment such as conveyor belts, manipulators, and solenoid valves, and ensure a stable production rhythm through high-speed processing.

Single-machine equipment control: For single-machine equipment such as CNC machine tool auxiliary systems, printing machinery, injection molding machines, and small pumping stations, it realizes functions such as equipment start and stop, parameter adjustment, and fault alarm.

Distributed I/O networking: By connecting remote I/O modules through Ethernet ports, centralized control of decentralized equipment in workshops is achieved, reducing wiring costs and adapting to scenarios where equipment is distributed.

Upper computer data interaction: As the control core in the automated production line, it communicates with the SCADA system and MES system via Ethernet, uploads production data, receives instructions from the upper computer, and realizes visual management of the production process.

Upgrading and transformation of old equipment: Replace traditional relays or low-performance PLCS, upgrade the automation control functions of old machine tools, packaging machines and other equipment, reuse the original I/O modules, reduce transformation costs, and improve equipment stability and production efficiency.
