Function

High-performance logic control: Equipped with a high-speed 32-bit RISC processor, the basic instruction operation speed is as low as 0.034μs per step, which can efficiently handle large-scale logic programs. It supports complex interlock control and timing control, meeting the logic operation requirements of large-scale equipment or production lines.

Integrated multi-axis motion control: Built-in 4-axis pulse output function (up to 4Mpps), supporting linear interpolation, circular interpolation, electronic CAM, electronic gear, position latch, origin return and other motion control functions. Multi-axis synchronous control (such as small mechanical hands, conveyor line synchronization, printing machine registration control) can be achieved without additional motion control modules.

Strong communication capability: Built-in dual Ethernet ports, supporting network redundancy, data exchange, remote monitoring and programming; It can be expanded with multiple industrial bus modules to achieve seamless communication with upper computers (SCADA, MES) and field devices (frequency converters, servo systems, sensors), and support factory-level data interconnection and interoperability.

Large-capacity storage and expansion: Built-in 200k step program capacity and 128k word data capacity, supporting memory card expansion (up to 32GB), capable of storing massive programs, data logs, and formula parameters, meeting the storage requirements of complex systems. Supports multi-module expansion, flexibly combining I/O, communication, and special function modules to adapt to the functional expansion of different scenarios.

High reliability and fault diagnosis: It is equipped with multiple diagnostic functions such as power anomaly detection, program error detection, and I/O communication fault detection. Fault information is fed back to the programming software or touch screen in real time, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Support battery backup (for programs and data) to ensure that data is not lost after power failure. It complies with industrial-grade anti-interference standards and is suitable for complex on-site environments.

Flexible programming and debugging: Supports multiple programming languages such as ladder diagram, Function block diagram (FBD), structured text (ST), and sequential function diagram (SFC), adapting to the programming habits of different engineers. Through the GX Works2/GX Works3 software, online monitoring, debugging, parameter modification can be achieved, and remote maintenance is supported to improve the efficiency of debugging and maintenance.

Intelligent manufacturing and production lines: automotive parts assembly lines, electronic component production lines, food packaging production lines, etc., achieve multi-device collaboration, process interlocking, and synchronous control of conveyor lines, and cooperate with upper computers to realize production data collection and traceability.

At the same time, it connects to process control instruments through communication modules to transmit data.

Logistics and warehousing equipment: Automated stereoscopic warehouses, sorting lines, AGV dispatching systems (small), achieving shelf positioning, sorting mechanism action control, and conveyor line speed synchronization, combined with barcodes/RFID to realize logistics traceability.

New energy and environmental protection equipment: photovoltaic module production lines, lithium battery assembly equipment, environmental protection testing equipment, achieving process parameter control, multi-axis synchronous actions (such as battery cell handling, module packaging), and supporting communication with new energy monitoring systems.
