Function

High-speed logical operations: Continuing the high-performance processors of the Q series, with a basic instruction speed of 0.034μs per step, it can efficiently handle medium-scale logic programs (with an internal capacity of 100k steps to meet most scenarios), supporting complex interlock control, timing control, and formula management, and is suitable for the logic requirements of small and medium-sized production lines.

Integrated 2-axis motion control: Built-in 2-axis pulse output (4Mpps), supporting core motion functions such as linear/circular interpolation, electronic CAM/gear, etc. It can achieve simple multi-axis synchronous control (such as single-axis positioning, two-axis linkage) without additional motion control modules, reducing system costs.

Flexible communication and interconnection: Dual Ethernet ports support network redundancy, remote programming/monitoring, and data exchange. They can be expanded with various industrial bus modules to achieve seamless communication with field devices (servos, frequency converters, sensors) and upper-level systems, meeting the requirements of factory-level data interconnection and interoperability.

Medium-scale expansion capability: Supports up to 4096 I/O points and 256 analog channels. It can flexibly combine expansion modules according to scenarios, balancing "compact layout" and "functional expansion", and is suitable for different needs ranging from single-machine control to small and medium-sized production lines.

High reliability and fault diagnosis: It is equipped with multiple diagnostic functions such as power supply abnormalities, program errors, and I/O communication faults. Fault information is fed back to the software or touch screen in real time, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Battery backup ensures that programs and data are not lost after power failure, and the industrial-grade anti-interference design is suitable for complex on-site environments.

Convenient programming and maintenance: Supports multiple programming languages such as ladder diagram, FBD, ST, and SFC. The GX Works2/GX Works3 software provides an intuitive programming and debugging interface, supports online monitoring, parameter modification, and remote maintenance, and improves the efficiency of development and maintenance.

Application scenarios

Single-machine automated equipment: packaging machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, and small filling machines, achieve material conveying, positioning, and process linkage control, and complete simple trajectory actions (such as labeling head positioning and filling nozzle movement) through 2-axis motion control.

Small-scale electronic manufacturing equipment: small PCB cutting machines, component insertion machines, LED packaging equipment, achieving precise positioning and material handling control. 2-axis linkage meets the requirements of simple processing trajectories, taking into account control accuracy and cost.

Logistics and warehousing single machines: small sorters, conveyor lines, stackers (single/double axis), achieving position positioning and speed synchronous control, cooperating with sensors to complete material sorting and conveying, and supporting communication with the warehouse management system (WMS).

General mechanical equipment: small machine tools, drilling machines, bending machines, shearing machines. Through 2-axis motion control, the spindle and feed axis are linked to enhance processing accuracy and are suitable for the automation transformation of medium and small-sized mechanical factories.

Process industry single-machine control: small reaction vessels, dosing devices, pure water preparation equipment, achieving pump set start and stop, valve control, collection and regulation of process parameters (temperature/pressure/flow rate), and completing closed-loop control in conjunction with analog quantity modules.

New energy small-scale equipment: small lithium battery capacity sorting cabinets, photovoltaic module testing equipment, achieving process parameter control, simple motion mechanism (such as probe positioning) control, and supporting data interaction with the testing system.
