128-axis ultra-large-scale motion control: Centralized control of 128 axes is achieved through the EtherCAT bus, supporting multiple types of interpolation and complex motion functions (such as multi-axis linkage, CAM synchronization, tension control). It is equipped with an 8-axis pulse output that can be used as a backup or independent control axis, meeting the "multi-axis coordination and high-precision synchronization" requirements of high-end equipment.
EtherCAT high-speed real-time Bus: Dual EtherCAT master interfaces support bus redundancy and hot swapping, with a minimum bus cycle of 50μs and a synchronization error of 500ns, ensuring real-time response to motion instructions, reducing signal delay, and being suitable for high-speed and high-precision processing scenarios (such as semiconductor packaging, high-speed printing).
Massive I/O and flexible expansion: With a maximum of 16,384 I/O points and 1024-channel analog expansion capability, it can be paired with the full range of Q series functional modules. It also supports remote I/O distributed layout, balancing "centralized control" and "decentralized deployment", and is suitable for multi-regional collaboration requirements of large-scale production lines.
High reliability and intelligent diagnosis: It is equipped with full-chain diagnostic functions for power anomalies, program errors, EtherCAT bus faults (slave station offline, communication interruption), abnormal shaft movement, I/O module faults, etc. Fault information is uploaded to the upper computer/SCADA in real time and supports remote fault detection. Dual Ethernet port redundancy design ensures uninterrupted communication. Dual data protection of battery backup and memory card to prevent data loss in case of power failure.
