Function

High-speed basic logic operations: Continuing the Q series unified processor architecture, with a basic instruction speed of 0.034μs per step and an internal program capacity of 40k steps, it can meet the logic interlocking, timing control, and simple formula management requirements of small devices. The computing efficiency is superior to that of entry-level PLCS of the same level.

Single-axis simple motion control: Equipped with a built-in 1-axis 4Mpps pulse output, it supports basic motion functions such as single-axis positioning, origin return, position comparison, and electronic gears. It can achieve simple positioning scenarios (such as cylinder positioning and feeding mechanism speed synchronization) without additional motion control modules, reducing system costs.

Flexible communication and interconnection: Dual Ethernet ports support remote programming/monitoring, touch screen communication, and upper computer data interaction. The RS-232C/RS-485 module can be expanded to achieve short-range communication with frequency converters and sensors, meeting the equipment interconnection requirements of small systems.

Miniaturized expansion capability: Supports up to 2048 I/O points and 128 analog channels. It can be flexibly combined with 1-3 expansion modules according to the requirements of a single machine, balancing "complete functionality" and "compact structure", and is suitable for scenarios with limited space in the control cabinet.

High reliability and simple diagnosis: It is equipped with basic diagnostic functions such as power supply abnormalities, program errors, and I/O communication faults. Fault information can be viewed through programming software or touch screens, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Battery backup ensures that programs and data are not lost after power failure, and the industrial-grade anti-interference design is suitable for ordinary industrial field environments.

Convenient programming and maintenance: Supports multiple programming languages such as ladder diagram, FBD, ST, and SFC. The GX Works2/GX Works3 software provides an intuitive programming interface, supports online monitoring and parameter modification, and can complete debugging and maintenance without complex operations.

Application scenarios

Small single-machine equipment: manual/semi-automatic filling machines, sealing machines, small labeling machines, bottle cap tightening machines, achieving material conveying, simple positioning, and process linkage control (such as single-axis positioning of labeling heads, logical control of filling volume).

Small general mechanical equipment: small bending machines, shearing machines, drilling machines, and punch presses. The positioning of the feed mechanism is achieved through single-axis motion control, and the interlocking of processing procedures (such as safety door interlocking and processing signal triggering) is completed in combination with logic control.

Small electronic manufacturing equipment: small component sorting machines, LED lamp bead soldering machines, simple PCB cutting machines, achieving single-axis positioning (such as probe positioning, cutting knife movement) and material sorting logic control.

Process control single machines: small dosing devices, pure water machines, small reaction vessels, to achieve pump set start and stop, valve control, temperature/pressure and other process parameter collection and regulation (in conjunction with analog quantity modules), meeting the requirements of simple closed-loop control.

Logistics small-scale equipment: small conveyor lines, sorters (single-channel), small stackers, achieving control of conveying speed and single-axis positioning (such as positioning of pushing mechanisms), and working in conjunction with sensors to complete material detection and sorting.

Automation renovation project: Simple automation upgrade of old equipment (such as adding positioning functions and logical interlocks to manual equipment), which can enhance the degree of equipment automation without large-scale renovation and control cost input.
