Function
High-frequency rapid switching: 1kHz switching frequency + microsecond-level response, capable of driving devices that require high-frequency actions (such as high-speed solenoid valves, pulse indicator lights), while relay output cannot meet such high-frequency demands.
DC load dedicated driver: NPN transistor output is compatible with DC 10~30V loads (such as DC 24V small solenoid valves, power control for photoelectric sensors, and signals for micro stepper motor drivers), with no mechanical contact wear and a lifespan far exceeding that of relays.
Low power consumption and low heat generation: The on-state voltage drop is only 1.5V, which is more energy-efficient compared to relay output. Moreover, there is no mechanical action of contact attraction/disconnection, resulting in low heat generation during operation. It is suitable for long-term continuous working scenarios.
Seamless integration and adaptation: Specifically designed for MicroLogix 1000/1100/1200 series PLCS, the backplane bus is plug-and-play, and the output address is automatically allocated. Compatible with RSLogix programming software, the output status can be directly controlled through the program, and debugging is convenient.
Application scenarios
High-frequency action equipment control: such as the high-frequency sealing solenoid valve of small packaging machines and the high-speed pushing cylinder solenoid valve of sorting lines, achieving millisecond-level precise action switching.
DC equipment power control: Provide switching power for DC 24V photoelectric sensors and proximity sensors, or control the enable signal of micro stepper motor drivers, reducing the use of external relays.
Pulse signal output: Output high-frequency pulse signals (such as below 1kHz), which are used to drive small counters, frequency detection devices, or speed control signals for analog equipment (such as the PWM speed control pre-stage control of DC low-power motors).
Precision instrumon-assisted control: In laboratory equipment and small testing instruments, it is used to control the start and stop of DC 24V micro pumps and solenoid valves, in scenarios that require low noise, long service life, and no contact sparks.
