Function
Group AC drive: The 16-channel output is divided into 4 groups, with 4 channels in each group sharing a common terminal. Wiring can be done in groups based on load power or control logic, simplifying wiring and reducing the risk of interference.
Contactless reliable operation: It adopts a thyristor output design, eliminating mechanical contact wear issues. Compared with relay output, it has a longer lifespan and reduces the frequency of module maintenance and replacement.
Wide voltage and anti-interference: Supports dual voltage input of AC 120V/240V, compatible with most industrial power supply standards worldwide; The 2500V AC high isolation level can suppress the noise of the AC power grid and ensure the stability of the output signal.
Status and fault visualization: Each output channel is equipped with an independent LED indicator light. The light turns on when the output is effective and off when it is turned off, allowing for a quick determination of the channel's working status. When combined with the PLC program, it can achieve overcurrent and overvoltage fault alarms, facilitating problem identification.
Application scenarios
Industrial motor control: In machine tools, conveyor belts and other equipment, it controls the starting contactor and braking solenoid valve of AC motors to achieve the start, stop and speed regulation logic of the equipment.
Heating system control: In plastic molding machines and food drying lines, AC heating tubes and temperature control relays are driven, and in combination with temperature sensors, precise control of process temperature is achieved.
