Function
PNP common anode compatibility: Different from NPN type (common cathode), it requires the positive terminal of an external DC power supply to be connected to the common terminal of the module. It is compatible with sensors and actuators that use common anode wiring on site (such as signal control of some brands of PNP proximity switches), avoiding wiring modification.
High-frequency wear-free control: 1kHz switching frequency + mechanical contact-free design, capable of driving high-frequency action equipment (such as high-speed solenoid valves), with no contact wear issues, and a service life far exceeding that of relay output modules (mechanical life is nearly infinite).
Low-consumption and high-efficiency operation: The on-state voltage drop is only 1.5V, which is more energy-efficient compared to relay output. Moreover, there is no noise or spark during contact engagement, making it suitable for scenarios with requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and low noise (such as beside precision instruments).
Seamless integration debugging: Specifically designed for MicroLogix 1000/1100/1200 series PLCS, it is plug-and-play via the backplane bus and automatically allocates output addresses. Compatible with Rockwell RSLogix programming software, no additional configuration is required, and the debugging efficiency is high.
Application scenarios
Common anode DC equipment control: Drive DC 24V equipment with common anode wiring, such as the power switch of PNP type photoelectric sensors and common anode solenoid valves (such as small pneumatic valves), without changing the original on-site wiring logic.
High-frequency action control: For instance, the high-frequency marking solenoid valve of a small labeling machine and the high-speed pushing cylinder of an electronic component sorting line can achieve microsecond-level action switching, avoiding the delay and wear of relay output.
Precision equipment auxiliary drive: In laboratory testing equipment and medical auxiliary equipment (not in direct contact with the human body), it controls the enable signals of DC 24V micro pumps and small servo motors, in scenarios that require low interference and long service life.
Pulse signal output: It outputs high-frequency pulses below 1kHz, which are used to drive small counters, the pre-control of PWM speed regulation for DC motors, or to provide stable frequency signals for detection equipment.
