High-density signal acquisition: The 32-point input design can centrally collect a large number of on-site signals (such as the status of multiple proximity switches and buttons), reducing the number of modules, lowering system costs and space occupation.
Flexible response adjustment: The fast mode (0.12ms) can capture high-speed changing signals (such as state detection before high-frequency counting in a pipeline), and the standard mode is suitable for general scenarios, balancing speed and anti-interference performance.
Strong isolation and polarity compatibility: The group isolation design blocks external interference and protects the PLC core. NPN/PNP compatibility requires no hardware adjustment, is compatible with sensors of different brands, and enhances on-site compatibility.
Convenient diagnosis: The LED indicator light displays the status of each input channel in real time. It can quickly locate loose wiring and sensor faults without connecting to software, shortening the time for debugging and maintenance.

Large-scale production line status monitoring: such as automotive parts assembly lines and electronic surface mount technology (SMT) production lines, centrally collect signals from photoelectric sensors (to detect the presence or absence of workpieces) and limit switches (to determine the position of equipment) at dozens of workstations.
Equipment cluster signal summary: In the machine tool workshop and packaging workshop, the emergency stop buttons, safety door switches, and operation status feedback signals of multiple devices are collected to achieve centralized monitoring and safety interlocking.
Logistics and warehousing automation: In stereoscopic warehouses and sorting systems, collect the trigger signals of shelf position sensors, conveyor positioning switches, and barcode scanners to support the logic of automated dispatching.
