Function
High-density signal acquisition: The 32-point input design can centrally connect a large number of on-site signals (such as multi-station sensors, buttons, limit switches), reducing the number of modules used, lowering system costs and space occupation.
Flexible response adjustment: The fast mode (0.12ms) can capture high-speed changing signals (such as state detection before high-frequency counting in a pipeline), and the standard mode is suitable for general scenarios, balancing response speed and anti-interference performance.
Strong isolation and polarity compatibility: The group isolation design blocks external electrical interference (such as noise generated by motors and frequency converters), protecting the PLC core system. NPN/PNP compatibility requires no hardware adjustment, is compatible with sensors of different brands, and enhances on-site compatibility.
Convenient fault diagnosis: The LED indicator light displays the on-off status of each input channel in real time. It can quickly locate loose wiring and sensor faults without connecting programming software, shortening the time for debugging and maintenance.
