Function
High-density signal acquisition: 32-channel design, compared with 16-channel modules (such as IC693MDL310), can reduce the number of modules by half, lower system integration costs, and be suitable for multi-station and multi-sensor scenarios.
Independent isolation between groups: Two groups of channels are isolated separately. When one group experiences faults such as short circuit or overvoltage, it will not affect the signal collection of the other group. At the same time, external device interference is isolated to enhance data stability.
Wide voltage and fast response: Compatible with DC 10~30V input, it can be connected to different specifications of DC 24V sensors (such as photoelectric switches, proximity switches, limit switches); An input delay of ≤1ms can quickly capture high-speed switching signals (such as workpiece inspection on assembly lines).
Seamless adaptation and debugging: Specifically designed for MicroLogix 1000/1100/1200 series PLCS, it is plug-and-play via the backplane bus and automatically allocates input addresses. Supports Rockwell RSLogix programming software without complex configuration.
Application scenarios
Medium-sized production line multi-station monitoring: such as automotive parts assembly lines and electronic component surface mount lines, collect signals from up to 32 DC 24V sensors to monitor the position of workpieces at each station, the start and stop of equipment, and the status of safety doors.
Equipment cluster signal summary: The emergency stop buttons, cylinder position feedback, fault alarm and other signals of multiple single machines (such as punch presses, welding machines, packaging machines) in small workshops are collected centrally and uploaded uniformly to the PLC host.
Logistics conveying and sorting system: In small three-dimensional warehouses and express sorting lines, it collects signals from photoelectric beam sensors and encoders at multiple storage locations to achieve material positioning, counting and sorting control.
Automation transformation of traditional equipment: When installing PLC control systems on multi-station old equipment (such as textile machines and printing machines), it serves as an input expansion module to achieve digital collection of multiple signals at a low cost and upgrade control accuracy.
