Processor performance
Instruction processing speed: Basic logic instructions are approximately 0.08µs per instruction. The floating-point operation speed has been increased by about 20% compared to the previous generation APU301, enabling efficient handling of complex mathematical operations and multitasking.
User memory: 512KB (program memory) + 512KB (data memory), supports expansion to 2MB via external memory cards such as IC693 and MEM341, meeting the requirements of large-scale program and data storage.
Communication interface
1 RS-232C port (for programming/debugging, with a maximum rate of 115.2kbps, supporting ASCII and Kepware protocols).
1 RS-485 port (supporting Modbus RTU master/slave mode, with a rate of 9.6kbps to 115.2kbps, and up to 32 slave stations can be connected).
One reserved expansion slot: Compatible with IC693CMM301 Ethernet module and IC693PBM200 PROFIBUS module, enabling industrial network access.

Enhanced data processing: The large-sized data memory supports real-time storage of production process data (such as equipment operation parameters and fault records), and can be combined with HMI to achieve data visualization, facilitating process traceability and analysis.
Flexible communication expansion: The basic serial port meets the requirements of conventional programming and device connection. The expansion slots support the connection to buses such as Ethernet and PROFIBUS, enabling data interaction with MES systems and remote monitoring platforms, and adapting to the demands of intelligent factories.
High reliability design: Equipped with built-in hardware self-diagnosis and program fault tolerance functions, it can monitor module faults and abnormal I/O communication, and provide real-time feedback through the panel LED (power, operation, fault light). Support online modification and breakpoint debugging of the program to reduce downtime for maintenance.

Large-scale process control: In the chemical and petroleum refining industries, it is used to control parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate of multiple reaction vessels and distillation columns, achieving multi-loop PID closed-loop regulation to ensure process stability.
