Instruction processing speed: Approximately 0.1µs per basic logic instruction, supporting floating-point operations and complex mathematical functions (such as trigonometric functions and logarithmic operations).

Flexible communication expansion: In addition to the basic serial port, it can be connected to industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS and other buses through expansion modules, achieving interconnection and interoperability with PLC, HMI, MES systems, and adapting to networked control scenarios.
Advanced control algorithm: Built-in PID regulation module, supporting multi-loop closed-loop control (such as temperature, pressure, and flow regulation), customizable control parameters, adaptable to process automation requirements; Support mixed programming of sequential control and logical control.
Diagnosis and Maintenance optimization: Equipped with hardware self-diagnosis function, it can monitor the connection status of I/O modules and communication faults, and display them intuitively through the panel LED (power, operation, fault light). Support online modification, upload/download of programs to reduce downtime for maintenance.
Application scenarios
Complex process control: In the control of chemical reaction vessels and pharmaceutical fermentation tanks, PID closed-loop regulation of multiple parameters (temperature, pressure, pH value) is achieved to ensure process stability.
Medium-sized production line control: such as automotive parts assembly lines and electronic equipment surface mount technology (SMT) lines, coordinating the action logic of multiple workstations (such as mechanical hand grasping, conveyor belt speed regulation), and managing a large number of digital I/O signals.
Equipment cluster management: In textile mills and paper mills, multiple frequency converters and sensors are connected through RS-485 or extended Ethernet to achieve equipment status monitoring and centralized control.
Upgrade of existing system: As a high-performance processor of the 90-30 series, it is used to replace the old APU300 module, enhance the system's data processing capacity, be compatible with the original I/O module, and reduce the upgrade cost.
