High-end redundancy control and uninterrupted operation: 1:1 hot standby redundancy architecture. When the main CPU fails, it can seamlessly switch from the CPU within ≤10 ms without output interruption or data loss, completely avoiding system shutdown caused by single-point failure and meeting the "zero interruption" requirement of critical processes

Flagship-level computing and control performance With a high-speed instruction execution efficiency of 0.034 μs per step, it can handle ultra-large-scale logic programs, complex timing collaboration, and batch data operations. It supports up to 256 PID loops (including self-tuning, feedforward control, and cascade control), and is suitable for scenarios where discrete control, process control, and motion control (motion modules need to be expanded) are deeply integrated

Large-capacity memory and redundant data synchronization: 262k step program memory + 1 MB data memory, supporting massive variable storage, complex process formula library and long-term fault log recording; The redundant synchronization mechanism ensures that the program, parameters, and I/O status of the master and slave cpus are consistent in real time, and there is no control deviation after switching

Multi-protocol integration and redundant communication: Equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet (supporting network redundancy) +RS-485 interface, compatible with mainstream industrial protocols, it can simultaneously connect to HMI, SCADA, MES, ERP systems, as well as third-party PLCS and intelligent devices. Redundant communication design ensures link stability and is compatible with cross-system data interaction and remote monitoring

High reliability and all-round protection: Supports multiple redundant configurations such as CPU redundancy, power redundancy, network redundancy, and I/O redundancy to build a system without single points of failure. Built-in power-off retention capacitor (optional Q6BAT battery backup), critical data retention ≥10 days; Industrial-grade anti-interference and wide-temperature design, suitable for complex electromagnetic environments and temperature fluctuations
