Function

Basic logic and bus motion cooperative control: High-speed basic instruction speed of 0.034μs/step, built-in program capacity of 40k steps, capable of simultaneously handling logic interlocking of small devices and motion control tasks within 16 axes without the need to split the control unit, simplifying the system architecture.

16-axis entry-level EtherCAT motion control The 16-axis centralized control is achieved through the EtherCAT bus, supporting core interpolation and motion functions. It has an internal 2-axis pulse output that can be used as an independent control axis or a backup axis, meeting the "high-precision synchronization with fewer axes" requirements of small equipment (such as 2-4 axis linkage). Compared with traditional pulse control, it has stronger anti-interference ability and simpler wiring.

Advantages of EtherCAT real-time bus: Built-in EtherCAT master interface, minimum bus cycle of 250μs + 2μs synchronization error, ensuring real-time response to motion instructions, suitable for the control requirements of small high-precision devices, and simplifying on-site wiring at the same time.

Miniaturized expansion and device interconnection: Up to 2048-point I/O and 128-channel analog expansion capability, which can be flexibly combined with basic functional modules; The dual Ethernet ports support remote programming/monitoring and touch screen communication. The EtherCAT bus directly connects to the servo and remote I/O, meeting the equipment interconnection and distributed layout requirements of small systems.

High reliability and basic diagnosis: It is equipped with basic diagnostic functions such as power supply abnormalities, program errors, EtherCAT bus faults, and abnormal shaft movement. Fault information can be viewed through the GX Works3 software or touch screen, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Battery backup ensures that programs and data are not lost after power failure, and the industrial-grade anti-interference design is suitable for ordinary industrial sites.

Low-cost bus-based transformation support: Compared with mid-to-high-end EtherCAT cpus, it has a lower cost and the advantages of bus control. It can be used for the bus-based upgrade of old equipment to improve control accuracy and stability.

Application scenarios

Small high-precision single machine equipment: small surface mount technology (SMT) machines, micro manipulators (2-4 axes), high-precision dispensing machines, and small laser marking machines. They achieve precise positioning and simple trajectory movements (such as linear/circular arc linkage) through the EtherCAT bus, enhancing processing accuracy and equipment stability.

Small precision equipment for electronic manufacturing: small PCB drilling machines, LED chip sorters, and micro-component soldering machines, achieving micron-level positioning and feet-axis collaborative control, meeting the precision requirements of electronic component manufacturing.

Small high-end packaging and printing equipment: small high-speed labeling machines, micro die-cutting machines, and simple label printing machines. Through 2-4 axis synchronous control, registration positioning and speed synchronization are achieved, enhancing production efficiency and product consistency.

Small high-precision general machinery equipment: small CNC bending machines (2-4 axes), precision punch presses, and micro milling machines. Through EtherCAT motion control, the feed axis and the spindle are synchronized to enhance processing accuracy and simplify on-site wiring.

New energy small precision equipment: small lithium battery electrode sheet cutting machines, small photovoltaic module testing equipment, achieving high-precision positioning with fewer axes and process parameter control, supporting data interaction with the testing system.

Automation transformation bus project: Bus upgrade of old and small equipment, reducing wiring complexity, improving control accuracy and anti-interference ability, and controlling upgrade costs.
