Function

Mid-to-high-end logic computing capability: A high-speed basic instruction speed of 0.031μs per step, with an internal program capacity of 300k steps. It can efficiently handle medium and large-scale logic interlocking, timing control, and data operations (such as multi-station collaboration and complex formula management), and is suitable for the control requirements of medium and large-scale production lines or high-end single machines.

64-axis medium and large-scale motion control The 64-axis centralized control is achieved through the EtherCAT bus, supporting multiple types of interpolation and complex motion functions (such as multi-axis linkage, CAM synchronization, and flying shear control). The built-in 4-axis pulse output can be used as an independent control axis or a backup axis, meeting the requirements of "multi-axis coordination and high-precision synchronization" without the need for additional motion control modules.

EtherCAT high-speed real-time Bus: Equipped with an EtherCAT master interface, it features a minimum bus cycle of 125μs and a synchronization error of + 1μs, ensuring real-time response to motion instructions, reducing signal delay, and having superior anti-interference capabilities compared to traditional pulse control. It is suitable for high-speed and high-precision processing scenarios.

Flexible expansion and distributed layout: With a maximum of 8,192 I/O points and 512-channel analog expansion capability, it can be paired with the full range of Q series functional modules. It also supports remote I/O distributed deployment, balancing "centralized control" and "decentralized layout", and is suitable for multi-regional collaboration of medium and large-scale equipment or multi-station control requirements of production lines.

High reliability and full-link diagnosis: It is equipped with multiple diagnostic functions such as power supply anomalies, program errors, EtherCAT bus faults (slave station offline, communication interruption), abnormal shaft movement, and I/O module faults. Fault information is fed back to the programming software or upper computer in real time, facilitating quick troubleshooting. Dual Ethernet ports support network redundancy to ensure stable communication. Dual data protection including battery backup and memory card expansion to prevent data loss in case of power failure.

Industrial interconnection and convenient debugging: Dual Ethernet ports support remote programming/monitoring and data interaction, support OPC UA protocol, and can be connected to the MES system to achieve production data collection and traceability. The GX Works3 software is equipped with an EtherCAT configuration tool, allowing for intuitive configuration of slave devices and axis parameters. It supports online monitoring of axis position, speed, and bus load, optimizing control efficiency.
