Function

Isolation and overload protection: Group isolation design reduces the impact of external electrical interference on the PLC system; Single-channel current limiting can prevent module damage caused by abnormal loads (such as short circuits).
Intuitive status diagnosis: LED indicator lights provide real-time feedback on the output status of each channel and the power/fault conditions of the module, allowing for quick troubleshooting of wiring or load faults without the need for additional tools.

Manufacturing production line: Drive small solenoid valves (such as pneumatic grippers, cylinder control), conveyor belt start-stop relays, and workstation indicator lights to achieve automated control of workpiece grasping, conveying, and status indication.
Precision equipment control: In electronic assembly equipment (such as surface mount technology (SMT) machines and dispensing machines), control low-voltage loads like micro motors and vacuum generators to ensure precise operation of the equipment.
Process industry auxiliary control: Drive small DC 24V valves (such as sampling valves, exhaust valves), alarm indicator lights, and cooperate with sensors to achieve rapid response when process parameters are abnormal (such as over-temperature alarm, low-pressure prompt).
