Processor performance 32-bit high-performance RISC multi-core processor, with an instruction execution speed of 0.03 μs per Boolean instruction (40% higher than CMM311), supports multi-task priority scheduling (including real-time tasks, periodic tasks, and interrupt tasks), and an interrupt response time of ≤500 μs. Memory configuration: User program memory is 1 MB (default), which can be expanded to 4 MB via the IC693MEM315 series expansion memory card. The data memory is 512 KB, among which 256 KB supports configurable power-on retention (built-in supercapacitor + optional IC693BAT001 battery backup, with a power-on retention time of up to 10 years).
