Product parameters

Processor performance: 32-bit high-performance RISC processor, with an instruction execution speed of 0.05 μs per Boolean instruction (37.5% higher than CMM302), supports multi-task priority scheduling (parallel operation of program execution, I/O refresh, communication, diagnosis, and interrupt handling), and an interrupt response time of ≤1ms

Memory configuration: User program memory is 512 KB (default), which can be expanded to 2 MB via IC693MEM313/314 series expansion memory cards. The data memory is 256 KB, among which 128 KB supports configurable power-on retention (built-in supercapacitor, default retention ≥72 hours; optional IC693BAT001 battery backup, retention time extended to several years).

I/O expansion capability: Local expansion supports up to 32 I/O racks, with each rack compatible with 16 Series 90-30 series I/O modules (digital, analog, and special function modules), and the maximum number of local I/O points can reach 4096. Remote expansion supports multiple industrial networks such as PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP, enabling the connection of a vast number of distributed I/O and intelligent devices

Communication interface

It is equipped with 1 RS-232C programming/communication interface (supporting Modbus RTU protocol with a maximum baud rate of 19.2 kbps);

It is equipped with 1 Ethernet interface (RJ45, 10/100 Mbps adaptive, supporting TCP/IP and Modbus TCP protocols).

Two independent communication expansion slots are reserved (where IC693CSE series communication modules can be installed to expand interfaces such as PROFIBUS-DP and DeviceNet), supporting simultaneous operation of multiple protocols

Power supply parameters: Powered by Series 90-30 standard power modules (such as IC693PWR321/322), operating voltage DC 5V, typical power consumption approximately 7W, peak power consumption 10W

Working environment: Working temperature 0℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -40 ℃ to 85℃. Relative humidity 5% - 95% (no condensation), anti-electromagnetic interference (EMC) complies with EN 55011/EN 55022 Class A and IEC 61000-6-2 standards, protection grade IP20 (installed in control cabinet)

Mechanical features: Compatible with 35mm DIN rail mounting, module width approximately 64mm, uses front connector wiring (IC693CBL300/301 series front connectors are recommended), supports hot plugging (system power redundancy configuration required)
