Technical parameters

Output channel number: 8 channels.

Output range: Voltage output is 0-10V (unipolar), -10V to + 10V (bipolar). The current output is 0-20mA and 4-20mA.

Resolution: 15-16 bits, dynamically adjusted according to the output range. At a 16-bit resolution, the voltage output accuracy reaches ±0.05%, and the current output accuracy reaches ±0.01mA.

Update rate: 8 milliseconds per channel.

Power supply requirements: Isolated 24VDC power supply, supporting industrial-grade power fluctuation (±10%), backplane power supply is 5VDC/120mA, external power supply is 24VDC/65mA.

Isolation feature: 250V AC continuous photoelectric isolation, independent design between channels.

Operating temperature: -20℃ to + 60℃.

Function

High-precision output: Each channel can independently configure the output range and resolution, supporting a mixed voltage/current output mode, which can meet the requirements of precision processing and process control.

Real-time fault diagnosis and protection: Built-in open-circuit detection function. When the current loop is disconnected, the module reports the fault to the CPU and triggers an alarm. The power supply fluctuation suppression technology can maintain output stability even when the 24VDC power supply fluctuates by ±10%.

Flexible system integration capability: Supports hot-swappable design, allowing modules to be replaced during system operation. Compatible with PACSystems RX3i and series 90-30 controllers, seamless configuration and debugging can be achieved through Proficy Machine Edition software.

Robust and durable industrial design: The module adopts a fully sealed aluminum housing, with impact resistance meeting the IK07 standard. The lifespan of key components exceeds 100,000 hours, and the MTBF reaches 500,000 hours.
