Functional features
Signal conversion: Each channel can convert analog input signals into digital signals. When the input is 4-20mA, the count corresponding to 4mA is 0 and that corresponding to 20mA is 32000. When the input is 0-20mA, the full scale corresponding to the count is 32000, which is set through the jumper.
Fault protection: It features input protection. Under common-mode Settings, it can still operate at voltages up to 200V, but its performance will decline somewhat. If the current source is input in reverse, the module will output a data word corresponding to the lower end of the range.
Status indication: Equipped with LED indicator lights, it can monitor the power supply situation.
Application scenarios
It is mainly used to receive 4-20mA analog current signals from external devices and convert them into digital signals recognizable by PLCS, thereby achieving the measurement of various physical quantities, such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc. in manufacturing.
