Function
High-density temperature measurement
It supports 12 three-wire RTD input channels and is suitable for temperature monitoring applications with high channel density.
The 24-bit resolution offers extremely high accuracy (7.7-60 mΩ/bit, depending on the measurement range), making it suitable for precise temperature measurement.
Supports multiple RTD sensors (platinum, nickel, copper) and provides a resistance input range of 1-4000 Ω.
Non-isolated design
The channel to the backplane provides 250V isolation, but there is no isolation between channels, which is suitable for scenarios where signal sources share the same ground.
Compared with isolation modules (such as 1756-IRT8I), it has a lower cost and is suitable for environments with lower noise.
Advanced Data Processing
Supports IEEE 32-bit floating-point data format and is compatible with multiple control systems (such as HMI, SCADA).
It provides digital filtering, notch filtering (10 Hz, 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 100 Hz, 250 Hz, 1000 Hz), real-time sampling and automatic range selection.
Supports temperature linearization (Celsius/Fahrenheit), and can convert resistance values into temperature values.
