Function
High-precision thermocouple measurement
Supports multiple types of thermocouples (B, C, D, E, J, K, N, R, S, T, L), and is suitable for measurement over a wide temperature range.
Support millivolt input (-12...) 78 mV, -12... It is 30 mV and can be used in non-temperature-related applications.
16-bit resolution (1.4 µV/bit or 0.7 µV/bit) ensures high-precision measurement.
Channel isolation
Six channels are independently isolated (channel-to-channel, channel-to-backplane, 250V), effectively reducing ground loops and electromagnetic noise interference.
Cold contact compensation
It includes 2 CJC sensors (provided with the module), with an accuracy of ±0.3°C, supporting both local and remote CJC to ensure the accuracy of thermocouple measurement.
Advanced diagnostic functions:
Supports open circuit detection (reporting positive full scale readings within 2 seconds), over-range/under-range detection, process alarm, rate alarm and disconnection detection.
It provides 10 Ω offset compensation to optimize the measurement accuracy in the low range.
Data processing
Supports integer mode (millivolts) and floating-point mode (millivolts or temperature). The floating-point mode offers digital filtering, temperature linearization (Celsius/Fahrenheit), and alarm functions.
Built-in notch filtering (10 Hz, 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 100 Hz, 250 Hz, 1000 Hz) optimizes noise suppression.
Supports real-time sampling and timestamp, suitable for sequential event (SOE) applications.
