Function
Motion control
Supports single-axis servo control and can be configured as an index driver, stepper driver, speed servo driver or main encoder follower.
It provides torque, speed and position control. The maximum speed loop bandwidth is 300 Hz, the position loop speed is 1 ms, and the current loop speed is 125 µs.
Protection function:
The intelligent power module (IPM) provides overcurrent, short circuit and over-temperature protection.
Busbar overvoltage and undervoltage protection ensures safe operation.
Self-diagnostic function, detects faults and indicates the operating mode through status display (A, F, P, etc.).
Correspondence:
The RS-232/RS-485 ports support communication with programming workstations or PLCS, with baud rates ranging from 1200 to 19200.
The DeviceNet option (1398-DDM-005-DN) supports 125 kbps network communication and has a power consumption of 60 mA.
RS-232 and RS-485 can be switched by replacing the cable, and the communication protocol is automatically detected.
