Function
High-precision signal conversion
Convert the analog current signal (0-20 mA or 4-20 mA) into a digital signal for processing by the ControlLogix controller, which is suitable for measuring physical quantities such as temperature, pressure and flow rate.
High resolution (16-21 bits) ensures precise data acquisition.
HART protocol support:
Each channel is equipped with an independent HART modem, supporting direct integration of HART devices, allowing for remote configuration, diagnosis and data acquisition, and reducing wiring requirements.

Analog signal and HART main variable (Analog and HART PV).

Fault and Condition Monitoring
It provides over-range/under-range detection and promptly alarms when the input signal exceeds the range.
Disconnection detection function: When a disconnection occurs, the input data is switched to the scaling value of the under-range and the fault position is set.
Detailed fault and status data are sent to the controller through the three-level Tag system (Tag Levels), facilitating precise monitoring by users.
Module filtering and real-time sampling
The module filter reduces signal noise and improves data quality.
The Real-time Sampling (RTS) function allows users to configure the scanning frequency of the input channel to adapt to different application requirements.
