Function

High-precision signal conversion

Convert 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA current signals into digital signals, suitable for high-precision measurement scenarios such as pressure, flow, and liquid level.

High resolution (16-21 bits) ensures precise data acquisition.

HART protocol support:

Each channel is equipped with an independent HART modem to support direct communication with HART devices.

Support three data formats:

Analog Only.

Analog signal and HART main variable (Analog and HART PV).

Analog signal and HART by Channel data.

Allow remote configuration, calibration and equipment diagnosis to reduce on-site maintenance workload.

Channel isolation

Each input channel is completely isolated to avoid interference between channels, making it suitable for high-noise or complex electrical environments.

Provide higher signal integrity and reliability.

Fault and Condition Monitoring

Support over-range/under-range detection and promptly alarm for abnormal signals.

Disconnection detection function: Within the range of 4-20 mA, when a disconnection is detected, the module will switch the input data to the under-range value and set the fault position.

Detailed fault and status data are sent to the controller through the three-level tag system to facilitate monitoring and diagnosis.

Module filtering and real-time sampling

The built-in filter reduces signal noise and improves data quality.

Supports real-time sampling (RTS), and users can configure the sampling frequency according to application requirements.

Flexible installation and maintenance:

Supports hot plugging (modules and terminal blocks can be removed when powered on).

Use detachable terminal blocks (RTB) to simplify wiring and maintenance.

Communicate seamlessly with the ControlLogix controller via ControlNet or EtherNet/IP network.
