Function

High-density analog input

Supports 16 single-ended, 8 differential or 4 high-speed differential input channels, suitable for applications with high channel density.

Supports voltage (±10V, 0-10V, 0-5V) and current (0-20mA, 4-20mA) signals, and is compatible with both 2-wire and 4-wire transmitters.

16-bit resolution provides high-precision signal acquisition and is suitable for most industrial applications.

Flexible wiring method:

Single-ended connection: Suitable for scenarios with common ground signals, maximizing the number of channels (16 channels), but sensitive to noise.

Differential wiring: Suitable for scenarios without common ground or requiring high noise reduction capability, the number of channels is reduced to 8.

High-speed differential wiring: Suitable for systems that require rapid data updates, the number of channels is reduced to 4, and the scanning time is the shortest (5-122 ms).

Data Processing and Diagnosis

Supports real-time channel sampling and data alarm (including slope, process, over-range/under-range, and disconnection detection).

Supports engineering unit scaling, timestamp (15 bits, millisecond resolution), and multiple data formats (IEEE 32-bit floating-point or 16-bit integer).

Built-in Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter to ensure high precision and stability.

Network integration: Communicate with ControlLogix controllers via ControlNet or EtherNet/IP networks, supporting local or distributed I/O architectures.

Supports hot plugging (RIUP), which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

Calibration: Factory pre-calibration, supporting recalibration by channel or module as a whole to ensure long-term accuracy.

Process control

In the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment or food processing industries, analog signals (4-20 mA or 0-10 V) of pressure, temperature, flow or level transmitters are collected.

High channel density is suitable for multi-point monitoring systems, such as pipeline pressure or tank liquid level monitoring.

Industrial Automation
