Handheld HART CommunicatorThe Yokogawa YHC5150X FieldMate Handheld Communicator is a portable field instrument communication device for technicians working with intelligent process instrumentation.
The communicator uses a Windows Embedded CE operating system and a 1 GHz processor, with 512 MB internal flash memory and 256 MB RAM. It features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with 480 × 272 WQVGA resolution, a full QWERTY-style keyboard and dedicated navigation/numeric keys.
The YHC5150X uses a HART-compliant modem and supports direct reading of manufacturer Device Descriptions (DDs), allowing technicians to configure, poll, trim and maintain compatible HART field instruments without requiring a subscription.
