Handheld Device CommunicatorThe Emerson AMS Trex 2 TREX2-C-H-P-KL-W-S1-S is a rugged handheld field communicator for technicians working with intelligent process instruments and control valves.
It provides HART communication capabilities for configuring, diagnosing, calibrating and troubleshooting compatible field devices directly in the field. The unit uses a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor, 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64 GB NAND flash storage. It features a 5.7-inch color VGA resistive touchscreen and rechargeable lithium-ion power module.
The W option provides integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, while KL provides ATEX, CSA US/Canada and IECEx intrinsically safe approvals.
