Product parameters

Functions and Features

Integrated power supply + installation: It integrates a power module and a 5-slot base into one, eliminating the need to purchase an independent power module separately. This simplifies the system setup process, reduces procurement and wiring costs, and is suitable for the compact layout requirements of small systems.

Wide grid compatibility: AC 100-240V wide input design, which can be directly connected to the power supply lines of industrial sites in most regions around the world without additional transformers, and has strong versatility.

Flexible module combination: The 4 universal module positions can be flexibly combined with "CPU module + 1-3 I/O/ special function modules", + QY40 (digital output) ", meeting the basic control requirements of small systems.

Stable power supply protection: Built-in dual protection against overvoltage and overcurrent to prevent core modules such as CPU and I/O from being damaged due to abnormal power supply. The DC 24V output can directly power small sensors, indicator lights and other peripheral devices, reducing the need for additional power adapters.

Scalable design: Supports cascading with powerless expansion bases. When new modules are needed in the system later, the number of slots can be increased through expansion cables to achieve smooth expansion from small to medium and small-sized systems.

Application scenarios

Small single-machine automation equipment: Suitable for small machine tools, simple conveyor lines, small packaging machines, laboratory automation devices and other single-machine equipment. Four module positions can meet the core control requirements of the equipment, and the integrated design saves control cabinet space.

Basic automation control project: It is used in entry-level automation scenarios and small equipment renovations. It does not require complex configuration and can quickly build a complete control architecture of "power supply + CPU + basic I/O".

Local auxiliary control circuit: In medium and large-sized Q series PLC systems, it can serve as the base for an independent auxiliary circuit, with its own power supply to avoid occupying the main system's power supply load and enhance power supply reliability.

Teaching and experimental scenarios: Due to its simple structure, high integration, and convenient wiring, it is often used as an experimental device for PLC teaching in vocational colleges or technical training in enterprises, facilitating trainees to quickly master the system assembly and debugging of the Q series PLC.

Compact control cabinet scenario: Suitable for control cabinets with limited space, it is small in size and does not require additional power modules, enabling high-density layout of control units.
