Product parameters

Basic configuration :12 standard slots, built-in AC-DC power module, no built-in I/O

Slot purpose: 1 power integration position + 11 general module positions

Functions and Features

Large-capacity module integration: 11 universal module installation positions can meet the high-density integration requirements of medium and large-scale systems, eliminating the need for frequent cascading expansion of the base, reducing signal transmission links, and enhancing system stability.

High-power integrated power supplies: DC 5V 6A, DC 24V 2A. The power of the power supply is significantly higher than that of Q35B/Q38DB, and it can stably support the long-term operation of high-power consumption modules.

Integrated and streamlined design: Integrating power supply and 12-slot base into one, it eliminates the procurement cost and installation space of independent power modules, reduces power wiring links, lowers system failure points, and meets the compact layout requirements of medium and large-scale systems.

Full-scenario module compatibility: It can be seamlessly integrated with mid-to-high-end cpus of the Q series, high-power special function modules, and high-precision I/O modules, meeting the functional integration requirements of complex control scenarios.

Flexible expansion and upgrade: Supports cascading with powerless expansion bases. When new modules are needed in the system later, the number of slots can be directly expanded without replacing the main base and power supply, achieving a smooth upgrade from medium to large systems.

Stable power supply and protection: Wide input is compatible with global power grids, and dual protection against overvoltage and overcurrent prevents module damage. High conversion efficiency reduces energy consumption and heat generation, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system.

Application scenarios

Centralized control for medium and large-scale production lines: It is applicable to medium and large-scale systems such as automotive assembly lines, electronic equipment assembly lines, and continuous chemical production lines, where a large number of I/O modules and multiple high-power special function modules need to be integrated. 11 module positions can achieve centralized deployment of functions.

Complex process collaborative control: It is used in scenarios that require the integration of multiple high-end control functions, such as semiconductor packaging and testing equipment, and intelligent warehousing and logistics systems. The integrated base can reduce the complexity of the system architecture.

High-power consumption module integration scenario: Adapted to scenarios where the system contains multiple high-power consumption modules, the high power output of the integrated power supply can stably support the simultaneous operation of multiple modules, avoiding functional abnormalities caused by insufficient power supply.

Industrial automation upgrade project: When upgrading the original Q series small and medium-sized systems to medium and large-scale systems, Q312B can directly serve as the main base, compatible with the original modules, without the need to reconstruct the system architecture, quickly increasing the module integration capacity and power supply capacity, and reducing the upgrade cost.

Large-scale equipment cluster control: A cluster control system suitable for the interconnection of multiple devices. It integrates I/O, communication, and control modules through 11 module bits to achieve unified control and data interaction of multiple devices by a centralized PLC.
