Power supply specification: Input voltage 20-30V DC, maximum current consumption 60mA (about 30mA when there is no load).
Input characteristics: 2 independent channels, supporting NAMUR sensor (such as proximity switches, photoelectric sensors) input, with a maximum input current of 8mA (@24V DC) for each channel.
Output characteristics: Each channel outputs 2 PNP switch signals, with a maximum output current of 100mA per channel and a short-circuit protection current of approximately 150mA.
Isolation performance: Enhanced insulation between input/output/power supply, isolation voltage 1.5kV AC (1 minute), in compliance with IEC/EN 61010-1 standard.
Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature -20 ℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -40 ℃ to 85℃, relative humidity 95% (no condensation), protection grade IP20.
Certification: Complies with ATEX and IECEx intrinsic safety certifications (Ex ia IIC T6 Ga), and has passed CE and UL certifications.
Function
Intrinsic safety isolation: Limit the energy flowing into the hazardous area (Ex i), prevent explosions caused by electric sparks or excessive temperatures, and ensure the safety of flammable and explosive environments.
Signal conversion and transmission: Convert the signal from the intrinsically safe NAMUR sensor into the PNP switch signal on the non-hazardous side and stably transmit it to control systems such as PLC and DCS.
Channel independent operation: The two channels are completely independent and do not interfere with each other. They can simultaneously connect to two NAMUR sensors, enhancing the efficiency of system integration.
Status indication and fault diagnosis: Each channel is equipped with LED indicator lights, respectively showing the power supply and sensor status (normal/faulty), facilitating quick troubleshooting of wiring or equipment issues.
Overcurrent/short-circuit protection: The output terminal is equipped with short-circuit protection function to prevent the safety barrier from being damaged due to downstream equipment failure, thereby enhancing system reliability.
