Variable Frequency Intelligent Vibratory Feeder ControllerThe SDVC34-MR belongs to the CUH SDVC34-M series of intelligent variable-frequency controllers for electromagnetic vibratory feeders. It automatically searches for the feeder's resonant frequency and adjusts the output frequency to keep the feeder operating efficiently.
The controller supports 85–250 VAC input, an output frequency range of 25–400 Hz, and a maximum output current of 3 A / 660 VA. It provides RS485 Modbus communication, allowing operating parameters to be monitored and adjusted remotely.
The SDVC34-MR also supports PNP and NPN sensor recognition, synchronized output, preset feeding speed, soft start, remote speed control and 24 VDC control output. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature and recoverable short-circuit protection help protect both the controller and connected feeder.
