Magnetostrictive Linear Position TransducerThe WPG-A-M-0225-E uses magnetostrictive technology to provide non-contact linear position measurement. Because there is no electrical contact on the magnetic cursor, mechanical wear is minimized and long service life can be achieved.
This specific configuration has a 225 mm stroke, one magnetic cursor, direct 4–20 mA analog output, and a 4-pin EN175301-803A connector. The sensor operates from 24 VDC ±20% and provides IP67 environmental protection.
