Fused Termination ModuleThe 1492-TIFM40F-F24A-2 is part of Rockwell Automation's Bulletin 1492 programmable controller wiring systems. It is specifically designed to interface with two 1756-IB32, 32-point DC input modules in a SIL2 safety shutdown configuration.
The module incorporates on-board fuses with blown-fuse status indication, wiring terminals for field devices, and relay-based diagnostic functionality. It uses a 40-pin interface connection and supports prewired digital interface cables for connection to the ControlLogix I/O modules.
The module operates with a 10–31.2 VDC field voltage range, supports up to 0.25 A per circuit and 3 A per module, and has a maximum recurring peak voltage rating of 600 Vp.
