Function

High-precision counting control: Supports high-frequency pulse signal acquisition, with a 32-bit wide counting range suitable for large-value counting scenarios; Supports comparison function. When the count value reaches the preset threshold, an interrupt or output signal is triggered to achieve precise position control.
Multi-functional timing control: Supports 4 commonly used timing types, with a timing range covering 1ms to 24.8 days, which can meet different needs such as short-term pulse triggering and long-term cycle control. Supports online modification of fixed time values, allowing for adjustment of process parameters without shutting down the machine.
Interrupt and output linkage: It features multiple interrupt functions such as count overflow, timed completion, comparison matching, and edge triggering of input signals. Interrupt signals can be quickly fed back to the PLC to trigger subsequent control logic. The 8-channel collector open-circuit output can directly drive small actuators to achieve immediate response to counting/timing results.
Anti-interference and stability design: Electrical isolation between channels suppresses cross-interference. Built-in configurable filter circuits effectively resist electromagnetic noise in industrial sites, ensuring the stability of pulse signal acquisition and output.
Diagnosis and status Monitoring: It is equipped with the functions of diagnosing power faults, abnormal input signals, and short circuits in output. Fault information is uploaded to the PLC in real time. Support online monitoring of the count value, remaining timing time, channel working status and parameter configuration through the Step7 software, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance.
Seamless system integration: Direct communication with the S7-300 PLC backplane bus, counting/timing data can be synchronized in real time to the PLC process image area. It supports parameter modification and start/stop channels through PLC programs, and status data can also be uploaded to the SCADA system for remote monitoring.
