It is equipped with 8 digital output channels at the same time, with output specifications of 24VDC and 500mA, supporting 500Hz resistive loads. Power supply and power consumption parameters: The rated power supply is 24V DC, and it also supports 5V/24V encoder power supply. The maximum power consumption is 10W. Hardware interrupt and fault protection: Equipped with a hardware interrupt function, it can quickly respond to critical signals during the counting process, such as immediately triggering interrupt handling when the count reaches the set threshold. The output channel of the module is equipped with basic protection such as short-circuit protection, which reduces the damage to the module caused by load faults and extends its service life.
Data and configuration preservation: Built-in non-volatile memory ensures that even in the event of a sudden power outage, the counting parameters, configuration data, etc. within the module will not be lost. Once power is restored, it can quickly resume operation, reducing the losses caused by production interruptions.
Flexible integration and adaptation: It can be seamlessly integrated into the S7-300 system, efficiently interact data with the CPU through the backplane bus, and is also compatible with industrial buses such as PROFIBUS DP. At the same time, it supports the input of various encoder signals such as incremental and absolute value types, with strong compatibility.

Material conveying and storage counting: In automated high-rise warehouses or assembly line material conveying systems, photoelectric sensors can be connected to accurately count the quantity of materials on the conveyor belt, the number of goods entering the warehouse, etc. At the same time, it can be linked with sorting devices to complete the classification and counting statistics of materials.
