Functional characteristics
High-speed counting
Supports an input frequency up to 1 MHz, suitable for counting and speed measurement of high-speed rotating equipment such as servo motors and stepper motors.
It provides counter, rate measurement and encoder modes to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Flexible configuration
Users can perform module configuration and debugging through RSLogix 5000 or other compatible software.
Supports Preset and Rollover tags for setting the preset value and reset function of the counter.
Support the Period Rate and Continuous Rate modes, allowing users to dynamically adjust the Settings of the counter at runtime.
Output control
It provides 4 output ports, each of which can be independently controlled. It is suitable for outproducing switch signals (such as control relays, indicator lights, etc.).
The output delay time is 20 μs (nominal value) /50 μs (maximum value) from turn-off to turn-on, and 60 μs (nominal value) /300 μs (maximum value) from turn-on to turn-off.
The rated output current of each port is 20 mA (within the range of 5V) or 1.0 A (within the range of 12/24V).
Strong anti-interference ability
The Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter and optocoupler isolation technology are adopted to ensure stable operation in industrial noise environments.
Supports differential input and high-speed differential input, suitable for high-noise environments.
Remote rack support: It can be connected to the remote rack via the 1756-CNB/CNBR module to achieve the expansion of the distributed control system.
