Function

Redundant communication: The 1747-BSN provides master/slave backup functionality to ensure seamless takeover by the slave scanner in the event of a primary scanner failure, enhancing system reliability.

High-speed network communication

Through the RIO network, manage remote I/O modules (such as 1746-NO4V) to achieve distributed I/O control.

Through the DH+ network, high-speed data exchange between SLC 500 processors is supported.

Modular expansion: Supports control of up to 30 I/O modules, suitable for medium and large-scale automation systems.

Local configuration: The RS-232 port allows for module configuration and diagnosis through a terminal or programming software (such as RSLogix 500).

Status monitoring and diagnosis: LED indicator lights provide real-time feedback on the module's operating status, network communication status, and redundant switching status, facilitating fault detection.

Compatible with SLC 500: Compatible with SLC 5/02 and above processors, and supports programming and I/O mapping through RSLogix 500 software.
