Function
Ultra-high-speed counting: Supports input signal frequencies up to 1 MHz, suitable for counters, encoders, pulse generators and mechanical limit switches, providing high-precision position and speed feedback.
Multi-mode support: It offers counter, encoder (X1, X2, X4), period/frequency, continuous/frequency, frequency measurement and PWM modes, flexibly adapting to various application scenarios.
Input filtering: Configurable filters (50 Hz, 500 Hz, 5 kHz, 50 kHz or off) are available to eliminate noise and improve counting accuracy.
Signal processing: The input signals are processed through the signal conditioner and function blocks, interacting with the POINT I/O bus to transmit data and commands.
Output control: It provides 2 isolated outputs (0.5A @ 5VDC), supports source-type outputs, and is suitable for controlling external devices.
Modular design: Integrated with the POINT I/O system, supports DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, ControlNet and Profibus networks, and is compatible with CompactLogix and ControlLogix controllers.
Hot-swappable (RIUP) : Supports module replacement while the system is running, reducing downtime.
Configuration and programming: Configuration is carried out through RSLogix 5000 or Studio 5000 Logix Designer software, and parameter setting is supported by RSNetWorx for DeviceNet software.
DIN rail installation: Use the 1734-TB or 1734-TBS wiring base, key control position 2, compact installation, suitable for space-limited scenarios.
