Function
RTD and resistor input processing:
Supports 2 single-ended, non-isolated channels, compatible with various RTD sensors and 0-600 Ω resistor signals.
The analog signal is converted into a 16-bit signed integer through the Delta-Sigma converter to provide high-precision temperature or resistance measurement.
Flexible configuration
Supports multiple temperature units (Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin, Rand) and user-defined units (mV).
Channel parameters can be independently configured, including sensor type, temperature unit, high/low engineering values, and digital filtering (0-10000 ms).
Diagnostic function:
Provide channel-level diagnosis, including over-range/under-range detection, ultra-high/high/low/ultra-low alarm, calibration mode and channel fault status.
The alarm can be disabled or latched, and the diagnostic data is embedded in the module status word for convenient remote monitoring.
Modular design
Compatible with POINT I/O communication adapters and supporting distributed I/O architectures.
