DeviceNet network adapter

1734-ADNX is a DeviceNet adapter module used to connect the POINT I/O module to the DeviceNet network to achieve remote communication and data exchange.

This module supports up to 63 POINT I/O modules connected to the adapter and is suitable for complex industrial automation systems.

Subnet expansion function

Supports subnet expansion, allowing the DeviceNet trunk distance to be extended through a second Phoenix-type connector, supporting a distance of 1000 meters (3000+ feet).

Devices on the subnet and the main network need to be connected at different communication rates or sampling methods, such as state changes or polling.

High Availability Network: 1734-ADNX supports redundant DeviceNet connections and achieves high availability networks through two DeviceNet ports, making it suitable for industrial environments with high requirements for system reliability.

Automatic configuration: This module supports automatic device Replacement (ADR), which can automatically identify and configure newly connected devices, simplifying network maintenance and expansion.

Isolation and Troubleshooting: Electrical isolation is provided to facilitate troubleshooting and prevent device failures on the subnet from affecting the main DeviceNet network.

Flexible configuration: The LED indicator lights on the module can be used to display the module status, POINTBus status, DeviceNet A and B status, system power supply and field power supply status, facilitating users to conduct real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis.
